By placing an order with élora, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Please make sure all information provided at checkout, including your name, phone number, and delivery address, is correct. élora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Cairo and Giza only. Delivery usually takes 3–12 business days. Free delivery is available for orders above 2,000 EGP.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any issue must be reported on the same day of delivery through email or Instagram, along with photos of the item.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
